Kinder Kixx Policies

Enrollment

Your child's enrollment continues season to season until Kinder Kixx is notified of cancellation via phone or email. Failure to make payment is not considered a notice of cancellation.

Schedule

Kinder Kixx runs consecutive seasons from early February through early December at childcare centers. Season length varies at each school. We offer preschool and afterschool programs a fall and spring season. Click here to view your school's schedule. Kinder Kixx follows your school's schedule regarding school closings and holidays.

Sessions

Sessions are held at your childcare center, preschool, or after school program site. Sessions at a childcare center occur during school hours. Preschool or after school sessions occur after school hours. Session length varies at each school. Click here to view your school's schedule.

Session Cancellations

All canceled sessions are made up. If a session is canceled, the season is extended an additional week or a make up session is scheduled. Sessions may be canceled for inclement weather, holidays, or coaches' emergencies.

Session Size

Kinder Kixx follows your childcare center's guidelines regarding teacher/student ratios.

Payments

Payments are due the first week of the season. You may pay tuition one of the following ways:

Proper Attire

Your child should wear weather appropriate attire and sneakers. Your child may want to wear cleats and/or shin guards. This equipment is not necessary.

Ages

Kinder Kixx is offered to children ages 3 to 8. If your child(ren) is between 2 1/2 and 3 years old and you are interested in enrolling your child, please contact Coach Greg.

Withdrawal from Program

Enrollment will continue season to season until Kinder Kixx is notified of cancellation via phone or email. You may choose to cancel your child's enrollment at any point. If you cancel enrollment mid-season, Kinder Kixx will refund you.
