Kinder Kixx Policies
Enrollment
A child's enrollment continues season to season until Kinder Kixx is notified of cancellation via phone or email.
Schedule
Kinder Kixx operates on a consecutive 8 week season schedule. The new season starts the week immediately following the conclusion of the last season. Kinder Kixx follows your school's schedule regarding school closings and holidays.
Sessions
Sessions occur at your school during after school hours.
Session Cancellations
All canceled sessions are made up. If a session is canceled, the season is extended an additional week or a make up session is scheduled. Sessions may be canceled for inclement weather, holidays, or coaches' emergencies.
Session Size
Kinder Kixx follows your school's guidelines regarding teacher/student ratios.
Payments
Payments are due the first week of the season. Parents may pay tuition one of the following ways:

Proper Attire
All children should wear weather appropriate attire and sneakers. Children may wear cleats and/or shin guards. However, this equipment is not necessary.
Ages
Kinder Kixx is offered to children ages 3 to 8.
Withdrawal from Program
Enrollment will continue season to season until Kinder Kixx is notified of cancellation via phone or email. Enrollment will continue until Kinder Kixx is notified of cancellation via phone or email. Parents may choose to cancel their child's enrollment at any point.
Safe Environment
Sessions are held in a safe location determined by the Kinder Kixx and preschool/after school program directors. Preferred sites are away from parking lots and roads and are fenced in. Instructors provide water breaks during all sessions. During the summer months instructors also use a water mister.
Discipline
If a child misbehaves, instructors will utilize the following methods to correct a child:
- verbal correction
- make the child think about his/her behavior
- return the child to his/her classroom
- notify the preschool/after school program director and parents of the behavior
- dismiss the child from the Kinder Kixx program
Medical Emergencies
Parents are required to provide health insurance information when they complete the registration form. When an injury occurs, the instructor will notify the classroom teacher and preschool/after school program director. The instructor will complete an incident report provided by Kinder Kixx. A copy of the completed report will be given to the preschool/after school program director. If needed, Kinder Kixx will notify the parents of the incident.

Kinder Kixx encourages parents to communicate via phone or email about any questions or concerns. Parents may also access our website for important updates and scheduling information.
